Obituary for Dianna Sue Swartz (Heckler)
Dianna Sue (Heckler) Swartz of Sidney, OH -formerly of Piqua, OH- passed away Monday August 17th, 2020 at Miami Valley Medical Center.
Dianna was born in Dayton, KY on September 4th, 1953 to John Heckler and Kate Dorothy Lamkin. She graduated from Piqua Central High School in 1973.
Dianna was married to the love of her life, Richard Swartz on July 25th, 1998. Dianna's two sons Matthew Fahnestock (Jericha) and Aaron Swartz (Sabrina) were the apple of her eye. Dianna also adored her four grandchildren: Haleigh, Lawerance, Destiny, and Jazlin. She also had three step-daughters: Kelly (Brian) Swartz, April (Mike) Tedore, and Kimberly (Pete) Murray.
Two siblings: Dennis and Darlene.
Dianna was a social butterfly who loved people in general, but she also loved to cook, enjoyed music, her cat Tiara and journaling.
A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday October 3rd at 1pm at The Sanctuary, located at 8527 N. Co. Rd 25-A, and will be officiated by Pastor Gary Wagner.
There will be a Memorial dinner following the service, but the location is TBD.
Commonly, one of the first things people will say when they hear of the loss of your loved one:
"If there is anything we can do to help, just let us know."
While we cannot take away the pain from the loss of a loved one or friend, we can ease some of the family's financial worry.
